Products must be unopened, unused, and in original luxury packaging with seals intact.
Requests must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
Valid proof of purchase from thescentedguy.com is required.

2. Non-Refundable

Used or opened fragrance bottles (including decants).
Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events.

3. The Process

Once authorized, ship the item back to our facility in its original condition.
Upon inspection, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
